ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ORDER AND MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Exchange
Shipping costs associated with the exchange are covered yourself.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let me know in the email.
Specially made products cannot be exchanged.
Return
Shipping costs associated with returns are covered yourself.
When the return has been received and approved for reimbursement, you will be notified via your registered e-mail address.
The amount for the return will be transferred to the account used to make the purchase within 2-3 working days.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
